Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through MMtop 200 at https://mmtop200.com/. By purchasing any product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through MMtop 200 are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Premium Memberships, advertising space, advertising upgrades, promotional services, and any other digital services offered through our website.
Because our products and services are digital and begin being provided immediately after payment has been successfully processed, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required by applicable law.
2. Delivery of Services
A purchased service is considered delivered once payment has been successfully processed and the applicable service has been activated, credited, scheduled, or otherwise made available to the purchaser.
For Premium Memberships, delivery includes the activation of the applicable Premium Membership benefits on the purchaser's account or listing.
For advertising purchases, delivery includes the processing and allocation of the purchased advertising space or promotional service.
3. Advertising Purchases
Purchasers are responsible for reviewing their advertising selection, duration, website information, URLs, images, and any other submitted information before completing payment.
Refunds will not be provided for unused advertising time, changes of mind, incorrect information submitted by the purchaser, lack of traffic or results, or a purchaser's decision to discontinue an advertisement after payment has been processed.
MMtop 200 does not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, visitors, conversions, sales, or other results from advertising unless such a guarantee is explicitly stated as part of the purchased advertising service.
MMtop 200 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove advertisements that violate our Terms of Service, rules, policies, or applicable laws. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, suspension or removal resulting from a purchaser's violation of these requirements does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
4. Premium Memberships
Premium Memberships are one-time purchases for the applicable membership period and do not automatically renew unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Once payment has been successfully processed and the Premium Membership benefits have been activated, the purchase is non-refundable. No refund or credit will be provided for unused membership time or unused Premium Membership features.
5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal, cryptocurrency payment processors, and other payment services made available through MMtop 200.
Transaction fees, cryptocurrency network fees, currency conversion fees, payment processing fees, or other fees charged by a third-party payment provider or network are not refundable by MMtop 200.
Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms, conditions, and policies.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced a technical payment error, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review legitimate billing errors and may correct or refund an erroneous transaction where appropriate. This provision does not create a right to a refund for a properly completed purchase.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a payment, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not alter the terms of this Refund Policy or automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any refund, cancellation right, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If applicable law requires us to provide a refund or other remedy despite this Refund Policy, the applicable legal requirement will govern.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of a purchase will apply to that purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
